Guides

Get it right the first time

Write a listing people act on

Guests decide in seconds. Give them everything they need to say yes.

  • Use a title that says who and what, like “Kumasi Old Students Summer Picnic”.
  • Add the full venue address, not just the city.
  • Set a start and end time so people can plan around it.
  • Pick the category that matches the event, so it shows up in the right place.
  • Upload the flyer. Listings with a flyer get noticed first.
Create an event

Send a flyer we can use

If you only have a flyer, our team can turn it into a listing for you.

  • Send PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF or PDF, up to 5 MB.
  • Use the original file, not a screenshot of a WhatsApp forward.
  • Make sure the date, time and venue are readable on the flyer.
  • Share a phone number so we can check anything that's unclear.
Send us your flyer

Post a funeral notice with care

Help family and friends near and far find the right service details.

  • List each gathering separately, such as the wake, funeral service, burial and thanksgiving.
  • Include venue addresses and times for every service.
  • Add a clear photo of the deceased and a short tribute.
  • Name a family contact people can reach with questions.
Post a funeral notice

After you publish

Get the word out

Most guests hear about events from people they know. Make your link easy to pass along.

  1. Share the link, not a screenshot

Your event page always shows the latest details, and people can RSVP or get directions in one tap.

  2. Post where your people already are

Drop the link in WhatsApp groups, church and association channels, and on your socials.

  3. Edit, don't repost

If the time or venue changes, update the listing. The link you already shared keeps working.

  4. Remind people closer to the day

Share the link again a few days before and on the morning of the event.

FAQ

Common questions

Can't find what you need? Contact support and include your listing link.

Does it cost anything to post?

No. Creating an event, sending us a flyer and publishing a funeral notice are all free.

Do I need RSVPs or tickets?

No. You can publish an info-only listing when you just want people to know about the event. Turn on free RSVPs if you want a headcount.

How do people find my listing?

Listings appear in search, category pages and city pages. Choosing the right category and adding a full address helps the most.

Can I edit or remove a listing after it's live?

Yes. Open your dashboard to update details, swap the flyer, or remove a draft or outdated listing.

Something on my live listing is wrong. What should I do?

Fix it from your dashboard. If you can't, contact support with the listing title, its link, and what needs changing.
